Product Refund and Replacement Policy (Customer)

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing Nexus. We are committed to delivering quality products and services to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the policy below for guidance on order cancellations, product returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • If you change your mind after placing an order, you must cancel it within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations can be made through our customer care hotline or online platform (where applicable).

Product Return & Replacement

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality, price, or validity of a delivered product, you may return it within 7 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
  • For perishable items, returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Upon successful return, you may choose:
    • A replacement product of the same value, or
    • A refund equal to the amount paid.

Delivery Guidelines

  • For home deliveries:
    • Products will be delivered up to the 2nd floor free of charge.
    • For floors above the 2nd (without lift access), deliveries:
      • Up to 15 kg follow standard delivery charges.
      • Beyond 15 kg, an additional BDT 10 will be charged per extra 5 kg.
  • If lift access is available, no extra charge applies.
  • We aim to deliver your order on the same day. If not possible, delivery will be completed within the next 24 hours, In Sha Allah.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • You may receive your refund via:
    • Mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad)
    • Credit/Debit card
    • Cash (for direct in-store purchases)
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If your purchase was made at a discounted price, your refund or replacement will be calculated based on that discounted amount.

Refund Order of Priority

If multiple payment methods were used for a single order, refunds will be processed in the following order:

  1. Cash (for direct in-store purchases)
  2. Mobile Banking / Online Portals (for online or customer care orders)
